Health in Harmony new location grand opening and charity event!

Kailua Health Day and lululemon Trunk Show!





On Wed. Feb. 4, Health in Harmony Pilates Studio & Wellness Center and Koa Yoga co-hosted the first ever Kailua Health Day!  We offered discount classes and packages to new and existing clients to promote health in our community.  We topped on the day with a rare opportunity to try on and purchase clothes from lululemon athletica!  We also had jewelry on display by Alohananda and wine by Oeno Winemaking.  It was a fabulous and fun evening - thanks to everyone who participated!

I want to welcome you to Health in Harmony Pilates Studio & Wellness Center!  We are a full-service Pilates Studio and Wellness Center focusing on group and individual Pilates equipment and mat sessions, physical therapy, weight loss, and nutrition coaching.  We are based in Kailua, Hawaii, on the island of Oahu, but service clients throughout the country!  Our goal is to educate, encourage and empower our clients to reach their health goals and live their best life - and we have a lot of fun along the way :).
